Three 3 1/2" Strips

77 Dresden™ Wedges

 

Four 2 1/2" Strips

Outer Border

 

 

Binding

Each Fat Quarter

Two 3 1/2" Strip 10 of each color

Dresden™ Wedges

One Contrasting Color

Four 1 1/2" Strip

Inner Border

  1. Quilt is constructed in 7 rows.
    Note: It is helpful to arrange wedges before sewing to be sure the combinations are pleasing to the eye.
     
  2. Sew 11 print and 10 solid wedges together using a scant 1/4" seam. One row made. Repeat to make 7 rows.
     
  3. Sew rows together as illustrated.
     
  4. Trim edges of quilt even.
     
  5. Measure sides of quilt - cut 1 1/2" inner border strip to length. Sew border to each side of quilt. Repeat for top and bottom inner borders.
     
  6. Add outer border in same manner.
     
  7. Quilt, bind and enjoy!
     
  8. Don't forget to sign and date your quilt.
